Hot tea brewing method:  Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on boiling water.  Cover and let steep for 3-10 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Add milk and sugar to taste.
