Description
This is a very special tea – a beautiful blend of Choice #1 (highest) Oolong tea it’s fresh spring green and orchid notes with traditional jasmine green tea infused with jasmine petals and buds for a floral aroma with exceptional depth and character. Next are layers of orchard fruits – dried peach, strawberry, apple and mango – bursting with juicy flavor and safflower petals add a soft herbaceous layer.
The jasmine flower is so closely aligned with feelings of love throughout much of the Eastern world and fruit orchards are common to nearly every civilization on earth all through the ages. Safflower petals are one of the world’s oldest crops, its petals used to dye fabric in many places. Chemical analysis had identified it’s use in textiles dating back to the 12th dynasty of Ancient Egypt, 1991 – 1802 BC.
We always say “Tea is a Journey” for many different reasons and we think this luscious tea proves it – and it’s definitely one you should add to your personal “tea journey”!

Traditional brewing method: This tea can be infused several times. Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on hot water 180°F/82°C and then pour off. Re-infuse the tea and pour after about 1 minute or longer to taste. Once the water level is low – add more water, and so on and so on – until the flavor of the tea is exhausted. Adding milk and sugar is not recommended.
