Ginger (Thai)


Herbal infusion – great flavour and many purported health benefits.



Grown in the Sing Buri region of Thailand, home to some of the world’s finest ginger farms these dried and chopped pieces infuse to give clean & refreshing hot ginger notes making them an excellent addition to customized tea and herbal blends.

You can also infuse the ginger in boiling water, then add the tang of lemon and sweeten with honey  to create a classic and satisfying hot drink that is delicious!

This version of the ancient root is unlike anything else – we love it, use it often and can highly recommend the results!

Luxury Ingredients:  Dried ginger pieces  50g

Tea(s) From: Thailand
Hot tea brewing method:  Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).  Adding milk is not recommended – sweeten to taste, we suggest honey.
