Peach and Apricot White Tea

Fabulous flavour combination of peaches and apricots blended with a top grade Pai Mu Tan tea from Fujian – delicate hints of
citrus with light honey layered over white tea.
Hot tea brewing method: Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Adding milk and sugar is not recommended.
Note: Traditionally, the recommendation has been that white and green teas be brewed at 180°F/82°C. Regretfully, water may not be free of harmful bacteria and other impurities we, therefore, suggest bringing the water to a boil and allowing it to cool to the desired brewing temperature.
