Description
Created in homage to an old family recipe passed down in Dutch families for spiced plum tarts as a way to use up fruit leftover from market day.
With delicious notes of fruit, mixed with cinnamon and ginger this is perfect to enjoy hot on cold winter’s days and makes a lovely iced drink in summer.
Luxury Ingredients: Black tea, Apple pieces, Cinnamon + Ginger + Cloves, Amaranth + Safflower petals
Tea(s) From: Sri Lanka
Hot tea brewing method: Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Add milk and sugar to taste.
