Baroness Grey

Description

Traditional bergamot flavour with the addition of lemon peel gives an additional tartness to the citrus character of the tea –  a popular alternative to traditional Earl Grey.  The inclusion of  orange pieces and lime leaves as well as cornflower & rose petals makes this a truly beautiful tea to drink and enjoy.

Hot tea brewing method:  Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on boiling water.  Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Add milk and sugar to taste.
